Wired for it

Recent reports by scientists have noted differences in compared Chimpanzee tribes that they can only describe as cultural.

Many still talk about organizational culture as some sort of growth that develops from any specific firm. And that this growth of culture is something you can choose to have or not to have (which I don’t believe).

What happens if we now have evidence that culture is a phenomenon that takes place at a much deeper level, that we are actually “wired” for it?

Would you pay more attention to it then?
